Transportation and Parking

Parking Notice
For attendees not staying overnight at the Contemporary Resort, there will be a very limited number of parking spaces available.
Once the spots are filled, all additional cars will be turned away, causing a considerable time delay of 45-60 minutes for attendees. If you are local or staying in a hotel away from the Contemporary Resort, plan on taking Disney transportation, ride shares such as Uber or Lyft, or a taxi.
Complimentary self-parking for attendees staying overnight at the Contemporary Resort is guaranteed.

Once within the Walt Disney Resort area, guests can move to the different areas via Disney complimentary transportation.

  • Parking at Walt Disney World’s Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) is available for a fee, see pricing at Disney World's Parking Information. At the TTC, you can board the Resort Monorail which goes directly through and stops within the Contemporary Resort's hotel. The Contemporary Resort is the fourth stop on the Resort Monorail and it takes about 20 minutes.
  • Disney Springs has free parking and complementary bus service to the Contemporary Resort. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Allow at least an hour to park, catch the bus and reach the conference.
  • Attendees staying at one of the other Disney Resort Hotels will have various transportation options depending on where they stay. When you check in, ask about the best option -- and timing -- to get to the Contemporary Resort.
  • Designated parking areas are available throughout Walt Disney World Resort for Guests with disabilities. A valid disability parking permit is required.
