Accomodations
Arles is a busy tourist destination. We encourage attendees to book their hotel room as early as possible.
The Conference Organizers have taken options in different hotels in Arles surroundings at very competitive rates. All the rates include one breakfast per room per day (unless otherwise specified). The supply of rooms at any particular rate is limited and room allocations will be made on a first come first served basis. The city historical center has narrow streets and most hotels do not provide parking. With a car, we recommend hotels on the outskirts of Arles.
Here is a list of selected hotels with negotiated rates (the rates* below are for single rooms). To take benefice of the IEEEVR rate, please follow the reservation procedure indicated in the array, and mention the code "IEEEVR" during your reservation.
